                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF
                   CONTRACT NO. 64B, TIFTONIA COLLECTOR SEWERS
                   II AND PAN GAP COLLECTION SYSTEM, TO
                   RIVERBEND CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, FOR
                   THEIR LOW BID OF SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-NINE
                   THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($749,982.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 64B, Tiftonia Collector Sewers II and Pan
       Gap Collection System, to Riverbend Construction Corporation, for 

       their low bid of $749,982.00.
